My June Favorites

Hi y’all! I’m so excited to share with you all the things I fell in love with during June.I want this to be a monthly thing I start doing. Not only am I going to share products that I’m loving, but also recipes, experiences, and anything else I want. I also linked all the things I could for you below, making it super easy if you want to snag something to try for yourself.

Free People White Skirt: So funny story about this little item. My friends and I planned to go to the Predators viewing party in downtown Nashville. I worked all day so I packed my outfit to change afterwards. One little problem… the skirt I originally brought was huge. Yay for hitting my fitness goals, but sadly my favorite skirt didn’t fit anymore. UGH. I had to find a new skirt within 20 minutes. I was literally running around the mall like a chicken with its head cut off… until my eyes landed on this cute little number. It fits like a glove and is so comfy. I feel like you can easily dress it up with heels or throw on a loose T-shirt and sandals for a more casual look. I think it’s a great staple to add to my closet and has a pretty funny memory attached to it.

Steve Madden Wedges: Not only are these babies adorable, but I also scored them for a great price. I found them at Off Broadway when they were having a huge sale. Originally they were over $100, but I got them for $50!! I’ve been wanting a pair like these since last year and I’ve finally added them to my shoe collection. (Now they are $39, so grab ya a pair if you need some cute wedges)

Aveda Daily Lite Gaurd: Guys I’ve found the perfect sunscreen for us oily/acne prone skin girls. This sunscreen is so light weight and doesn’t leave a greasy white residue. I’m obsessed because it also doubles as a great make up primer. Sun protection is always a must especially in the summer!!

St. Tropez Dark Tanning Mouse: Fun fact I’ve always been a big self tanner. I used to just get a cheap Ulta brand one, but I decided to splurge. This gave me the perfect summer tan (BTW I like a really deep tan) This made me as a dark as my natural tan from the beach last year. BUT WARNING!! Shower before wearing any clothes that you love. I sported the fake tan before showering day one of CMA Fest and the fake tan got everywhere!!! (but it did wash out of my white shirt #blessed) So if you have  white sheets like me they will wash out! Check out that tan below, I got the summer glow without the damage of the sun’s rays.

Chia Seed Water: This combo is great way to get in some fiber and keeps you fuller for longer. I put about 1 TSP in my 30oz water bottle and give it a nice shake. If I’m feeling fancy I’ll add some mint or lemon. Chia seeds are full of fiber, omega-3s, and potassium so go ahead and sprinkle some in your water.

Rx Bars: I finally found a protein bar that hits all of the items on my check list. These bars are made with clean ingredients, taste delicious, have at least 10 grams of protein, and are just pretty to look at. (they do have a lot of sugar in them but don’t worry it’s just from the dates)

Music: I always make a monthly playlist of the songs I’ve found and loved. So check mine out. I’ve linked both Spotify & Apple Music, so no matter what streaming service you have you can still take a listen.

Podcasts: I’m a huge fan of podcasts, and I recently fell back in love with Criminal. This podcast is perfect if you are interested in anything crime related. My favorite episode this month was “Vanish”, all about how and why people fake their own death. I was mind blown!!!

I would love to hear some of your favorites for June. Leave them in the comments below.
